Friday 11th (Community Event)
- 5:00 PM – Lighting sacred fire
- 5:30 PM – Feed
- Final Set-up – Vendors set up
Saturday 12th (Open to the Public)
- 11:00 AM – Dancer registration starts
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Grand Entry #1
- 3:00 PM – Quilts of Valor
- 5:00 PM – Closing
- 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM – 2nd Grand Entry registration
- 7:00 PM – Dancer registration closes
- 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Grand Entry #2
- 10:00 PM – Closing Ceremony
Sunday 13th (Open to the Public)
- 11:00 AM – Dancer registration
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Grand Entry
- 5:00 PM – Closing Ceremony
- 5:15 PM – Dancer payout starts
- 5:30 PM – Feast
